Our workouts involve a regimen called interval training. You'll do a variety of exercises that work all of your muscle groups, and each exercise will be done for just a few minutes. You will be given a heart rate monitor to wear, allowing you to see how your body responds to the intensity of the workout. In just 60 minutes, you could burn up to 1,000 calories and advance your fitness goals.
The instructors at our studio will encourage you to work harder and reach your peak level of performance. If you are new to a piece of equipment or one of the interval exercises, our instructors will show you what you need to do. Each gym instructor is prepared to help you set a fitness goal and show you how to make the most of your workout. They can also modify an exercise for you if you are physically unable to perform it.
